3YOURMIND GmbH is a dynamic company that provides software solutions to manufacturing companies, helping them optimize their workflows and transition into Additive Manufacturing (industrial 3D printing).

We are a team of 50 employees across Berlin, Paris, and Detroit, and we are looking for self-driven and creative individuals to join our company.

Our Technology Stack

We rely on open-source technologies, including Django as our server technology and JavaScript for the frontend. Our goal is to develop a modern and scalable product that meets the needs of our customers.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team of 17 developers in an agile development environment. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new features according to customer requirements within one of our squads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new features using JavaScript, CSS, and Sass
  • Maintain existing codebase and ensure code quality and readability
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and other departments to contribute to our product strategy and drive our roadmap
  • Solve cross-divisional tasks efficiently and stay ahead of current technical trends and technologies
  • Help team members reach the next level in frontend development

Requirements

  • BS/MS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and experience in product(s) that went into production
  • Solid understanding of frontend software architectures
  • Comfortable in Agile environments
  • A strong preference for TDD, automated testing, and other practices for building resilient software
  • Strong advocate of code readability
  • Experience with Docker
  • Fluent in English
