Als Team Lead Last Mile Operations (w/m/d/x) verantwortest Du die operative Abwicklung der Auslieferungen in unseren Logistik Depots. Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden und Kundinnen stets begeistert sind. Du bist für die Entwicklung unserer Last Mile Prozesse verantwortlich und übernimmst die Remote-Führung eines Teams bestehend aus 8 Depot Leitenden und einem Fleet Manager.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich
  • Stellst eine zuverlässige und hochwertige operative Abwicklung der Auslieferungen sicher
  • Förderst die kontinuierliche Entwicklung unserer Last Mile Prozesse
  • Übernimmst die Remote-Führung eines Teams
  • Förderst die persönliche sowie fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Depot Supervisor
  • Funktionierst als erste Kontaktperson innerhalb von HelloFresh für alle Last Mile relevanten Themen in der DACH Region
  • Entwickelst und implementierst ein nachhaltiges Last Mile Performance Management
  • Übernimmst die Analyse sowie Auswertung relevanter logistischer Kennzahlen
  • Bist in die Umsetzung von verschiedenen Projekten auf unserer letzten Meile involviert
Dein Profil
  • Verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit logistischem Bezug
  • Hast mind. 5 Berufspraxis in der Transportlogistik
  • Besitzt fundierte Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Last Mile Logistik Teams
  • Kennst Dich auf dem KEP-Markt aus
  • Kannst Kenntnisse in der Planung und Umsetzung von Logistik-Projekten vorweisen
  • Überzeugst mit hervorragender Kommunikationsfähigkeit und professionellem Auftreten
  • Hast großes Interesse an operativen Abläufen und deren kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
  • Sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
