Als Team Lead Operations DACH bist du verantwortlich für die operative Abwicklung der Auslieferungen in unseren Logistik-Depots. Du entwickelst und implementierst kontinuierlich unsere Last-Mile-Prozesse, um unsere Kunden zu begeistern.
Deine Aufgaben
- Stellst eine zuverlässige und hochwertige operative Abwicklung der Auslieferungen sicher
- Förderst die kontinuierliche Entwicklung unserer Last-Mile-Prozesse
- Übernimmst die Remote-Führung eines Teams bestehend aus 8 Depot-Leitenden
- Förderst die persönliche und fachliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Depot-Supervisor
- Funktionierst als erste Kontaktperson innerhalb von HelloFresh für alle Last-Mile-relevanten Themen in der DACH-Region
- In Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams entwickelst und implementierst du ein nachhaltiges Last-Mile-Performance-Management
- Übernimmst die Analyse und Auswertung relevanter logistischer Kennzahlen und steuerst die daraus resultierende Ableitung von strategischen Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Bist in die Umsetzung von verschiedenen Projekten auf unserer letzten Meile involviert
Deine Qualifikationen
- Verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit logistischem Bezug
- Hast mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Transportlogistik, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Rolle und bist mit den Herausforderungen der letzten Meile vertraut
- Besitzt fundierte Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Last-Mile-Logistik-Teams
- Kennst Dich auf dem KEP-Markt aus und hast im Idealfall bereits mit entsprechenden Dienstleistern zusammengearbeitet
- Kannst Kenntnisse in der Planung und Umsetzung von Logistik-Projekten vorweisen
- Überzeugst mit hervorragender Kommunikationsfähigkeit und professionellem Auftreten
- Hast großes Interesse an operativen Abläufen und deren kontinuierlicher Verbesserung
- Sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch (jeweils mindestens auf C1/C2-Niveau)
- Bringst Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Besuchen unserer Logistik-Depots mit (ca. 4 mal pro Monat)
