Talent Acquisition Business Partner - (m/f/d)

Role Overview

Are you seeking a position in employee support and recruitment within an international context? If so, you are in the right place.

As a member of the German HR team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Formulating recruitment strategies: overseeing various active digital and engineering roles, ensuring effective prioritization and comprehensive management of candidate pipelines (sourcing, interview coordination, recruitment, and offer management).
  • Developing and sustaining a talent pipeline to guarantee a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles, whether for in-house projects or directly with clients.
  • Talent sourcing: identifying and leveraging multiple channels for talent acquisition, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, partnerships, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with business leaders and key decision-makers across functions.
  • Managing candidate sourcing for all our locations across Germany.
  • Engaging in significant initiatives and projects with local teams and other recruitment teams to continually enhance and boost our recruitment efforts and outcomes.
Qualifications
  • A degree from a business school or university (HR or related field) with proven experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • A passion for your work, motivation for HR projects, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
  • A proactive and dynamic disposition, with enthusiasm for new technologies and technical roles.
  • Fluency in both German and English.
