Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to become an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team in Germany. This role is a contract position that offers flexibility in location, allowing you to work from any of our offices in Germany. As a key internal recruiter, you will manage a diverse portfolio of requisitions.

You will be instrumental in supporting our Mobility Global Business Area, collaborating with clients worldwide to design vibrant and interconnected cities and communities that foster opportunities for all. Our approach integrates existing infrastructure with cutting-edge technologies, optimizing the movement of people and goods.

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a vital role in the success of our organization. You will focus on developing and nurturing talent pools, ensuring a steady influx of high-caliber candidates to meet our evolving needs. This position emphasizes building strong relationships with both the business and candidates while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the talent acquisition strategy tailored to support the overarching business objectives.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of role specifications to accurately define job descriptions and create compelling advertisement content.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical and executive positions, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Utilize various direct candidate attraction methods, including LinkedIn and professional networking platforms, to cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, offering valuable insights into market trends and hiring practices.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates to gather competitive intelligence.
  • Evaluate and enhance all candidate sourcing channels to optimize recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the talent acquisition management process, adhering to governance and maintaining data integrity within TA systems.
  • Comply with Arcadis recruitment policies and procedures, applying best practices in all recruitment activities while ensuring adherence to applicable legislation.
  • Strive to create a positive candidate experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives on both national and global scales.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within Germany.
  • Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong grasp of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the capacity to utilize metrics and data for informed decision-making.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, adept at juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Solid business acumen with an understanding of organizational goals and requirements.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition is highly advantageous.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
