Position Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to enhance our Talent Acquisition team in Germany. This role involves acting as an internal recruiter while managing a specific number of requisitions simultaneously.

You will be supporting our Mobility Global Business Area, collaborating with clients globally to create vibrant and interconnected cities and communities that foster opportunities for all and facilitate movement across the globe. Our focus is on designing integrated, sustainable solutions that merge existing infrastructure with innovative technologies, optimizing the mobility of individuals and goods.

The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a vital role in the success of our organization. You will be responsible for building and nurturing talent pools, ensuring a steady influx of high-caliber candidates to meet organizational needs. This position emphasizes cultivating relationships with both the business and candidates while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the talent acquisition strategy for your area to align with overall business objectives.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of role requirements to accurately define quality job descriptions and create effective advertisement content.
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for technical and executive positions, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Utilize various direct candidate attraction methods, including LinkedIn and professional networking platforms, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and stakeholders, providing critical insights into market conditions and hiring trends.
  • Maintain relationships with candidates to gather competitor insights.
  • Evaluate and enhance all candidate generation channels.
  • Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the talent acquisition management process while adhering to governance and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Follow Arcadis recruitment policies and procedures, applying best practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
  • Focus on delivering a positive candidate experience, regardless of the outcome.
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition and HR initiatives on both national and global levels.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within Germany.
  • Thorough understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging metrics and data for informed decision-making.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Solid business acumen and comprehension of organizational goals and requirements.
  • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
