Aufgaben
  • Leitung und Koordination von Projekten zur Neuentwicklung unseres Produkts im Bereich Software unter Berücksichtigung geltender Qualitäts- und regulatorischer Anforderungen.
  • Fachliche Führung von Projektteams in der Softwareabteilung.
  • Definition von Iterationen, Inkrements und Akzeptanzkriterien innerhalb der Projekte.
  • Entwicklung und Kommunikation der Produktziele.
  • Pflege und Priorisierung des Backlogs mit Stakeholdern.
  • Release-Planung und Fortschrittsverfolgung.
  • Unterstützung der Dokumentation.
  • Erbringung regelmäßiger Projektupdates zu internen und externen Stakeholdern.
Ihr Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschul- / Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich Medizintechnik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation und mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement / Product Owner/ Scrum Master und/oder zusätzliche Qualifikation.
  • Fähigkeit, technische Probleme im Wesentlichen zu verstehen, und Lösungsfindungen mit den technischen Experten und weiteren Stakeholdern zu koordinieren.
  • Hohes Maß an emotionaler Intelligenz und effektive Kommunikation mit dem Projektteam, Stakeholdern.
  • Team-orientiert und Fähigkeit, ein gutes Netzwerk aufzubauen.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sehr gutes Selbstmanagement und hohes Durchhaltevermögen.
  • Fähigkeit, Aufgaben selbstständig durchzuführen und entsprechend zu priorisieren.
  • Erfahrungen mit Jira oder profund im Umgang mit ähnlichen Tools.
