Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Bishop GmbH in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure process performance and product adherence to industry standards
  • Develop and maintain quality reporting indicators, including product quality, corrective action management, and customer satisfaction
  • Define and update quality standards and processes
  • Establish an efficient Corrective Action Management system
  • Coordinate the resolution of customer quality issues and provide feedback to prevent future occurrences
  • Report quality performance indicators to inform inspection planning
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to summarize complex industrial situations clearly and concisely
  • Autonomous, proactive spirit, and strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Aviation or Quality Assurance
  • DFMEA knowledge is an asset
  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Google Workspace and Skywise knowledge are an asset
