Job Description

At STRATO Personal GmbH, we are seeking a highly skilled Non Conformance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for managing quality-related supplier discrepancy reports and claims, as well as supporting the resolution of operational issues from a quality perspective.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality-related supplier discrepancy reports and claims
  • Support the resolution of operational issues from a quality perspective
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner
  • Participate in audits to demonstrate Satair processes in the scope of Spare Parts and Kits
  • Manage, train, coach, and motivate the global quality expert network
Your Profile:
  • Completed studies in the field of Aircraft construction, aerospace, or a comparable qualification
  • More than two years of professional experience in the field of engineering, aircraft construction, quality management, and quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • First knowledge of zamiz
  • Proficient knowledge of German
  • Fluent in English
