At Bishop GmbH, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, Germany. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aerospace industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Lead complex quality issues and continuous improvement projects to drive process performance and product adherence
  • Design and maintain quality reporting indicators to track product quality, corrective action management, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and update quality standards and processes
  • Establish and maintain an efficient Corrective Action Management system to resolve customer quality issues
  • Provide feedback to prevent future occurrences and report quality performance indicators to inform inspection planning

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to engage with all levels of management
  • Ability to summarize complex industrial situations in a clear and concise manner
  • Autonomous, proactive spirit with a pragmatic mindset and strong problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in Aviation or Quality Assurance
  • Knowledge of DFMEA is an advantage
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Google Workspace and Skywise knowledge are advantageous
