Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect to join our global COMOS IT team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our internal customers and collaborating with our global COMOS IT team.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on COMOS-related projects and initiatives. This includes supporting our helpdesk team on the L3 level, familiarizing yourself with different IT processes, COMOS environments, and businesses across Siemens Energy.

You will also initiate and develop continuous improvement ideas to optimize the user experience for our businesses. This may involve working closely with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and developing solutions to address these needs.

An additional focus area will be on conceptualizing and implementing seamless integration of COMOS data into our PLM landscape. This will involve working with interfaces towards SAP, Teamcenter, and other IT systems.

As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be expected to create and present ideas and concepts in internal meetings, decision boards, and towards our business stakeholders. You will also be responsible for requesting and maintaining IT projects with budget planning, regular budget forecasting, and executive project review.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for ensuring knowledge sharing and community building across the global PLM team. This may involve contributing to internal knowledge bases, participating in communities of practice, and mentoring junior colleagues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. You should be a team-player with customer orientation and have excellent business-fluent English (written and spoken) skills. German language skills are a plus.

We are looking for someone with at least five years' experience in COMOS administration and development. Advanced C# and Microsoft .Net Framework knowledge, as well as experience in APIs (RESTful API, OpenAPI), is highly desirable. A high competence in evaluating technical and economical solution approaches is also essential.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of 80,000 - 110,000 EUR per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, a pension scheme, and opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
