Job Title: Senior Go Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Go Backend Developer to join our team at AppLike Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cloud-native backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of our Go-based backend services, utilizing modern cloud infrastructure and microservice architecture.
  • Collaborate with our Data Science and BI team to identify and mitigate potential security threats and optimize system performance.
  • Work with our team to design and implement sophisticated VPN detection and residential proxy mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain our Kafka and Kinesis streams, aggregating billions of daily API events for real-time querying.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the growth and development of our engineering team.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of software development experience, with a strong background in Go and cloud-native development.
  • Profound experience with building web applications in Go, with a focus on scalability and performance.
  • Knowledge of databases, regular expressions, HTTP protocol, and encoding.
  • Understanding of TCP networking and routing on the internet.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform), Docker, and container orchestration platforms (e.g. Kubernetes or ECS).
