Hotel Operations Manager

Are you a seasoned hotel professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving commercial results? We're seeking a highly skilled Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Radisson Blu Hotel - Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring all areas of the business are managed to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with Heads of Department and key stakeholders to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive key hotel metrics and deliver a positive impact on the business.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
  • Deliver the hotel budget and business plan, ensuring all areas of the hotel operation are controlled and optimized.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Review and scrutinize business operations, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations to drive financial performance and add value.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership skills, with a hands-on approach and a lead-by-example work style.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions, offer advice, and make recommendations.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy.
  • Experience in using IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
