Hotel Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring all areas of the business are managed to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with Heads of Department and stakeholders to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive key hotel metrics and deliver business results.
  • Lead and manage a team of hotel professionals, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
  • Manage the hotel budget and business plan, ensuring all areas of the hotel operation are controlled and optimized.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and partners.
  • Review and scrutinize business operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing recommendations to drive financial performance and add value.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and offer advice and recommendations.
  • Personal integrity and a strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with IT systems and strong communication skills.
