Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Design Engineer, working on the development of advanced compressor seal solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and qualifying new seal series, collaborating with international teams, and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities- Designing innovative compressor seal solutions for our international customers
- Developing test setups for the qualification and validation of seal performance
- Taking product responsibility for standardizing and further developing seal series
- Providing technical support to sales, production, and customers
- Contributing to the development of sustainable and emission-free sealing solutions for the future energy infrastructure
- Collaborating closely with international development teams and partners
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or fluid mechanics
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software and knowledge of turbomachinery or sealing technology
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with fluent English and German language abilities
- Motivation to learn and adapt to new challenges
The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
