**Responsibilities**:

- Application-technical consulting and support of target customers in Germany as well as the independent preparation of technically complex offers
- Development of technical solutions and standardizations for our customers with regard to our Core-Part strategy
- Follow-up of offers and execution of independent price negotiations
- Determination, recording and maintenance of customer and market information in our CRM system (opportunity management)
- Complaint evaluation/processing
- Participation in trade fairs / presentation of our company and our products as well as the willingness to travel on business within Germany
- Central contact person for our customers, e.g. regarding products, technical solutions
- Close cooperation with the German sales force

**Qualifications**:

- Completed studies with focus on mechanical engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering and / or technician / master craftsman with relevant experience
- Business fluent German as well as good English skills
- Strong customer orientation and understanding of the needs and expectations of our customers
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and ability to work in a team
- Negotiation skills
- "Hands-on" mentality, proactive, responsible and structured way of working
