Financial Manager for Venture Capital Fund

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at First Momentum Ventures, a leading pre-seed venture capital fund. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all financial and investor relations topics, including fundraising, LP relationships, and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our partners to ensure the smooth operation of our VC fund.
- Develop and implement a robust investor communication strategy to maintain transparent and regular engagement with our investors.
- Organize and manage investor meetings, including preparation of presentation materials and performance reports.
- Analyze financial trends and present the financial impacts of management decisions to partners.
- Own the coordination of all legal and finance matters in our portfolio's transactions.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance, fund administration, or investor relations in a financial services company, VC/PE fund, or startup.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile investors.
- Comfortable taking ownership and leading processes and projects end-to-end.
- Proven analytical and financial modelling skills.
- A self-starter with a passion for startups, technology, and innovation.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
