Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Investor Relations Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing all financial and investor relations aspects of our fund.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our partners to ensure seamless financial and investor relations operations.
- Develop and implement a robust investor communication strategy to maintain strong relationships with our investors.
- Analyze financial trends and present key findings to our partners.
- Coordinate all legal and finance matters related to our portfolio companies.
- Support the fundraising process for our future initiatives.
- 2-4 years of experience in finance, fund administration, or investor relations in a financial services company, VC/PE fund, or startup.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with high-profile investors.
- Proven analytical and financial modelling skills.
- A self-starter with a passion for startups, technology, and innovation.
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
