About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affluent Banking Expert to join our team at ING Deutschland. As a key member of our affluent banking segment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful and innovative affluent banking offerings.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will translate customer needs into thought-out customer journeys, acting as a competent point of contact between numerous stakeholders.
  • You will coordinate cross-functional processes to create a joint offering for the affluent segment.
  • You will gather data, analyze it diligently, and form sound marketing hypotheses to accelerate the growth of our affluent segment.
  • You will track our performance against our competitors and devise strategies to enhance our product and portfolio development.

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a similar field.
  • You have several years of professional experience in retail banking or an adjacent area.
  • You have knowledge of the affluent customer group, banking regulations, investment products, and daily banking & payments services.
  • You are familiar with the client segment, product & service needs, and work in agile, multidisciplinary teams.
  • You have experience in project management and agile product development, ideally in the capital markets, banking, or insurance domains.
  • You have strong analytical thinking, leveraging quantitative and qualitative data in decision-making.
  • You are responsible, accountable, and have excellent communication skills targeted towards different audiences.
  • You are proficient in German and English, written and spoken.
