Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Offenbach, Germany

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans for each account to drive net revenues and profitability.
  • Hold regular meetings with accounts to monitor results, progress, and update strategies and actions.
  • Collect and analyze account sell-out data, stock coverage, sell-in data, and O&O retail data to inform business decisions.
  • Support the forecasting process by providing clear strategic directions and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and lead sell-in sessions to achieve revenue targets and profitability.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to achieve sell-out and sell-in increases through space management and distribution.
  • Drive results by building excellent relationships with customers and establishing customer and consumer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and prospect distribution in compliance with LRN and DRN, and ensure proper contractual agreements are in place.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product, marketing, finance, credit management operations, and VM align and deliver performance.
