Transforming Patient Outcomes through Customer Experience

Daiichi Sankyo Europe is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Senior Manager to drive the implementation of our strategic framework for Cardiovascular products. This role will focus on delivering an integrated approach to customer experience, considering the end-to-end journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy for Cardiovascular products, engaging cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Marketing & Sales, and Digital Excellence.
  • Drive the implementation of Single Minded Proposition for Cardiovascular and lead customer experience planning for the brand, focusing on patients.
  • Challenge strategic and implementation plans for the brand, focusing on creating one end-to-end customer journey.
  • Implement activities and content according to customer needs, delivering on EU campaigns together with affiliates.
  • Act as product owner for digital solutions, driving implementation from need identification to roll-out.

Requirements:

  • MBA or marketing degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in cardiovascular or diabetes.
  • Commercial experience and acumen.
  • Experience in building impactful customer interactions in Germany or other European countries where Daiichi Sankyo Europe is present.
  • Ability to work in English, fluent written and spoken, with additional languages a plus.
