Job Title: Senior Manager CX Cardiovascular Portfolio Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive customer experience activities for our cardiovascular portfolio on a European level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and strengthen the brand identity of our cardiology portfolio
  • Drive implementation of the portfolio strategic framework focusing on integrated customer experience
  • Engage cross-functionally to deliver comprehensive customer experience strategy for our cardiovascular portfolio
  • Partner with brand teams to drive implementation of Single Minded Proposition for our portfolio
  • Develop content relevant for customers, in the right time, and in alliance with brand and affiliate teams
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters and country cross-functional teams to ensure best practices and pain points are identified and shared
  • Challenge strategic and tactical plans for the portfolio focusing on creating one end-to-end customer journey
  • Define and drive implementation of customer experience activities and content according to customer needs
Requirements:
  • Degree in business or scientific studies
  • +5 years experience in Marketing/Sales in pharmaceutical industry
  • Commercial experience and acumen
  • Experience in building impactful customer interactions
  • Experience in creating personalized content for HCPs through development of modular content and supporting localization and implementation, considering customer journey
  • Hands-on proactive approach and accountability
  • Good communication and strong social skills
  • Experience to work in and lead cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
  • Ability to work in English - fluent written and spoken, additional language is a plus
