Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Team Lead für unseren Bereich Influencer Marketing, um unser Marketing auf das nächste Level zu bringen. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du eine wichtige Rolle spielen, um unsere Marketingstrategien zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.

Die Aufgaben
  • Entwickle und setze innovative Influencer Marketing-Strategien um
  • Baue ein eigenes Influencer-Netzwerk auf und pflege langfristige Beziehungen
  • Planst, führst durch und überwachst Influencer-Kampagnen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Analysierst die Performance von Influencer-Kampagnen und leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
  • Planst und kontrollierst das Budget für den Bereich Influencer Marketing
  • Beobachtest den Markt und identifizierst neue Potenziale und Entwicklungen im Influencer Marketing
Die Voraussetzungen
  • Langjährige Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing
  • Expertise in deinem Bereich und Erfahrung in der Strategieentwicklung und -umsetzung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Führungskraft
  • Hohes wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Influencer Marketing und soziale Netzwerke
  • Kenntnisse in der Industrie und Benchmarks
  • Analysierende und datengetriebene Denkfähigkeit
  • Kreativität und Fähigkeit, innovative Ideen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließendes Deutsch und/oder Englisch in Wort und Schrift
