Influencer Marketing Team Lead

Job Title: Team Lead Influencer MarketingWe're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our Influencer Marketing team. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy, managing our influencer marketing budget, and leading a small team of influencer marketers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement our influencer marketing strategy, including paid deals, barter deals, and our affiliate program.
- Manage our influencer marketing budget and targets, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Lead a small team of influencer marketers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and their managers/agencies, identifying new opportunities and negotiating collaborations.
- Develop creative briefs to help our influencers promote Every. in the best way possible.
- Analyze and report on the performance of sponsorship and collaboration initiatives, providing actionable insights to inform future campaigns.
- Bring a performance-driven approach to the planning and implementation of influencer campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and ROI.
- At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing for e-commerce brands in the German market.
- Experience with subscription business models a plus.
- Fluency in German and English, with Dutch and French a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- A deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and how they translate to influencer marketing.
- Ambitious and looking to take the next step in your career, into a team lead position.
- Autonomous and capable of working independently, but also enjoy being part of a team and working cross-functionally.
