Unlock Your Potential as an Account Manager:in – Mercedes

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development with Mercedes, one of the world's leading automotive companies. Your primary focus will be on strategically positioning IAV's service portfolio and acquiring new business opportunities outside of the powertrain sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage offers with the customer, working closely with the bid team to prepare and submit proposals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote IAV's competitiveness with Mercedes, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the specialist sales team to develop and execute account strategies, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Process acquisitions and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including the customer's purchasing department.
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, with a strong track record of driving business growth and revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English, with a minimum of C1 level proficiency.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledge of contract drafting and negotiation, with experience in preparing complex offers and services.
  • Strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
