Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in the manufacturing process of mechanical seals. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC grinding machines, as well as preparing and finishing components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programming, setting up, and operating CNC grinding machines
  • Preparing and finishing components, with complexity depending on skills and experience
  • Quality assurance, including rework according to drawing, if necessary
  • Ensuring workplace organization and maintenance according to instructions
  • Supporting improvement processes in creation and implementation
Requirements
  • Completed 3.5-year technical vocational training, e.g. as a cutting machine operator
  • Professional experience with CNC processing machines, ideally in the field of grinding
  • CNC programming skills
  • Knowledge of conventional machining of components desirable
  • Initial experience in the manufacturing process of mechanical seals
  • Good knowledge of relevant procedures, operating instructions, DIN standards, ISO 9001 procedures, work plans, and internal guidelines
  • Flexibility, resilience, commitment, initiative, and communication skills
