Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC grinding machines. You will also be responsible for preparing and finishing components, ensuring quality assurance, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and operate CNC grinding machines
  • Prepare and finish components, including complex components
  • Ensure quality assurance, including rework according to drawing and instructions
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to 6S criteria
  • Support improvement processes in creation and implementation
Requirements
  • Completed 3.5-year technical vocational training, e.g., as a cutting machine operator
  • Professional experience with CNC processing machines, ideally in the field of grinding
  • CNC programming skills
  • Knowledge of conventional machining of components desirable
  • Initial experience in the manufacturing process of mechanical seals
  • Good knowledge of relevant procedures, operating instructions, DIN standards, ISO 9001 procedures, work plans, and internal guidelines
  • Flexibility, resilience, commitment, initiative, and communication skills
