Job Title: CNC Machinist

Flowserve Corporation is a world-leading manufacturer and aftermarket service provider of comprehensive flow control systems. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team and contribute to the development of innovative flow control solutions.

Job Summary:

The CNC Machinist will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC grinding machines to produce high-quality components. The successful candidate will have a strong background in CNC processing, experience with grinding machines, and excellent quality assurance skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and operate CNC grinding machines to produce complex components
  • Prepare and finish components to meet quality standards
  • Ensure workplace organization and maintenance according to 6S criteria
  • Support improvement processes in creation and implementation
Requirements:
  • Completed 3.5-year technical vocational training as a cutting machine operator
  • Professional experience with CNC processing machines, ideally in the field of grinding
  • CNC programming skills
  • Knowledge of conventional machining of components desirable
  • Initial experience in the manufacturing process of mechanical seals
  • Good knowledge of relevant procedures, operating instructions, DIN standards, ISO 9001 procedures, work plans, and internal guidelines
  • Flexibility, resilience, commitment, initiative, and communication skills
