Area Visual Merchandiser South

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Visual Merchandiser to join our team in the South region. As a key member of our Business Transformation Department, you will be responsible for executing Visual Merchandising operations in our network of Cartier boutiques and partners in the South of Germany, Austria, and Eastern Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and adapt our local Visual Merchandising strategy for the South region, ensuring qualitative display and seasonal animation set-up.
- Monitor VM performance and collaborate with commercial and product marketing teams on product assortment.
- Lead and train the VM community in the South region, including boutiques and Watch and Fragrance partners.
- Support the VM Manager on creative VM projects, including Pop-ups, Pop-ins, façade, and window animations, as well as events.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and analyze our network and market trends, visiting competition locations and sharing best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in economics or business administration/management or comparable experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising within the luxury industry, with strong ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and proficiency in budget management and reporting.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Very good proficiency in English and German, French language skills a plus.
