Regional Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Area Visual Merchandiser South (m/f/d) for our esteemed Maison Cartier.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our Business Transformation Department, you will oversee the effective implementation of visual merchandising strategies across our Cartier network in Northern Europe, with a focus on the southern regions of Germany, Austria, and parts of Eastern Europe. You will collaborate closely with both local and international stakeholders.
Your Impact
- Local VM Strategy Implementation: You will adapt and execute our local visual merchandising strategy, ensuring qualitative displays and seasonal animations in boutiques and with Watch and Fragrance partners.
- Performance Monitoring: You will assess visual merchandising performance and collaborate with commercial and product marketing teams on product assortments, while nurturing and guiding the VM community in your area.
- Creative Project Support: You will assist the VM Manager with innovative visual merchandising projects, including the development and installation of pop-ups, façade animations, and events.
- Market Trend Analysis: You will stay informed on the latest market trends, analyze our network, and visit competitor locations to share best practices.
- Travel Requirements: You should be prepared to travel frequently as part of your role.
Qualifications for Success
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in visual merchandising within the luxury sector, with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A data-driven approach with strong analytical skills and proficiency in budget management.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in English and German is essential; French language skills are a plus.
