Regional Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are in search of a dedicated Area Visual Merchandiser South (m/f/d) to join our esteemed Maison Cartier.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our Business Transformation Department, you will oversee the effective implementation of visual merchandising strategies across our Cartier networks in Northern Europe, with a focus on the southern regions of Germany, Austria, and parts of Eastern Europe. Your role will involve close collaboration with both local and international stakeholders.

What You Will Achieve:

  • Execute the local VM strategy: Tailor the international visual merchandising strategy to fit your designated area, ensuring high-quality displays, seasonal animations, and updated point-of-sale materials.
  • Assess VM performance: Collaborate with commercial and product marketing teams to optimize product assortments while nurturing and guiding the visual merchandising community in your area, including boutiques and partner locations.
  • Assist the VM Manager: Contribute to creative visual merchandising projects, including the development, production, and installation of pop-up events, window displays, and other promotional activities.
  • Stay ahead of market trends: Conduct analyses of market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights and best practices with the team.
  • Travel readiness: Be prepared to travel frequently as part of your role.

Qualifications for Success:

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in visual merchandising within the luxury sector, with strong multitasking abilities across various departments.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A data-driven approach with proficiency in budget management and reporting.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of French is an advantage.
