Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SCHMID. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and processes.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of products and materials to identify any defects or quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality assurance procedures and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure our quality assurance processes remain current and effective.
Requirements
- Successful completion of technical vocational training and several years of professional experience in quality assurance.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP QM and MS Excel.
- Very good knowledge of optical, mechanical, and electrical measuring and testing procedures.
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English.
- Outgoing personality, team player, willing to learn and perform with a high degree of diligence and flexibility.
