About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced leader who can drive innovation and strategy for our BTP AI unit. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the latest advancements in AI and be able to translate those into actionable tasks for our teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of GenAI capabilities within SAP's BTP.
Responsibilities- Plan and run projects and initiatives, gathering and defining requirements and collaborating with customers.
- Understand the relevance of new technological advancements in AI and translate those into actionable tasks for our teams.
- Align product portfolios and roadmaps, including prioritization of new engagements.
- Collaborate closely with management and executive stakeholders to create transparency and provide guidance on maximizing business value based on our findings and strategy.
- Mitigate impediments impacting successful team completion of proof of concepts and GenAI projects.
- Support customers and internal teams to understand our GenAI capabilities, plans, and vision.
You will work closely with your peers, tech leads, machine learning & data engineers, full stack developers, and other experts to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in computer science or an equivalent qualification with 8+ years of experience.
- 6+ years in customer engagement management, project management, program management, and/or product management.
- A proven record of team coordination with diverse expertise.
- A proven record of leading disruptive innovation initiatives or startup engagement.
- The ability to work well with ambiguity and in a highly entrepreneurial and technological fast-transforming environment.
- The ability to build trust-based relationships and strong networks in customer IT/Business and SAP Ecosystem.
- Fluency in English and German.
You will also have the opportunity to learn about Generative AI and apply your skills to real-world problems.

Location and SalaryThis role is open to candidates worldwide, with a salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Please note that the salary may vary based on the specific requirements of the position and the local market conditions.
