The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler's global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and high product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is a trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles, preparing the independent aftermarket for technologies of tomorrow.

We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen our team of REPXPERTs as a Professional Training e-Mobility & Diagnostics Specialist to develop our e-mobility training offer. Working closely with a strong team of global trainers, you will bring Technical Training in the Automotive Aftermarket to a new level, supporting independent garages worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop the global Schaeffler Aftermarket Training offer with a focus on e-mobility and diagnostics, driving strategic and operational growth.
  • Coordinate global training measures in collaboration with regional training heads, monitoring success using suitable KPIs.
  • Create and execute offline, online, and hybrid trainings for internal colleagues (Train the Trainer) and at international fairs (e.g. Automechanika).
  • Collect garage requirements, conceptualize, produce, and roll out new (interactive) training contents with a team of technical content specialists.
  • Further develop the trainer role, skill set, and available tools.
  • Develop new e-mobility repair solutions and support materials with product experts.
  • Strengthen Aftermarket diagnostics competence, especially in developing new e-mobility repair solutions.
  • Project Management: oversee time, scope, budget, and quality within defined project goals, collaborating globally on training-related topics, especially around e-mobility.
  • Closely collaborate with departments such as Quality, Warranty, Product Management, and Sales & Marketing, providing technical support and consulting.

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop as a master mechanic.
  • Completed studies in engineering, automotive technology, business administration, or similar.
  • Experience in Training in the IAM or on OEM side, with proven experience in developing excellent training courses.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive technology, especially diagnostics, with expert knowledge of diagnostics supplier development processes beneficial.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, with experience in content editing tools and specific software for creating engaging e-Learnings beneficial.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German, with further languages beneficial.
  • Strong conceptional and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate globally, with international work experience beneficial.
