About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Mobility Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our car sharing fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the deployment and retrieval of vehicles across the city
  • Ensure vehicles are clean and well-maintained, and perform routine checks to identify any issues
  • Assist with special tasks, such as vehicle recovery and relocation
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • Valid class B driving license
  • Knowledge of the Frankfurt area and experience in the car sector (e.g. driving and/or vehicle valeting)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
