The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler's global spare parts business. With a strong focus on innovation, technical expertise, and high-quality products, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is a trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a global training strategy for e-mobility and diagnostics, focusing on strategic and operational aspects.
  • Coordinate training measures globally, working closely with regional training heads and monitoring success using relevant KPIs.
  • Create and execute offline, online, and hybrid trainings for internal colleagues (Train the Trainer) and at international fairs (e.g., Automechanika).
  • Collect garage requirements, conceptualize, produce, and roll out new training content, including interactive elements, in collaboration with technical content specialists.
  • Further develop the trainer role, skill set, and available tools.
  • Develop new e-mobility repair solutions and support materials in collaboration with product experts.
  • Strengthen Aftermarket diagnostics competence, particularly in the development of new e-mobility repair solutions.
  • Project Management: oversee time, scope, budget, and quality within defined project goals, collaborating globally on training-related topics, especially around e-mobility.
  • Collaborate closely with departments such as Quality, Warranty, Product Management, and Sales & Marketing, providing technical support and consulting.
Your Qualifications
  • Several years of hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop as a master mechanic.
  • Completed studies in engineering, automotive technology, business administration, or similar.
  • Experience in training in the IAM or on OEM side, with a proven track record of developing excellent training courses.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive technology, especially diagnostics, with ideal expert knowledge of diagnostics supplier development processes.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and experience with content editing tools and specific software for creating engaging e-Learnings.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German, with additional languages beneficial.
  • Strong conceptual and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate globally, with international work experience beneficial.
