Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and drink recipes
  • Provide expert advice on spirits, beers, and wines to guests
  • Lead the Bar team to ensure seamless service and high-quality drinks
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create unique beverage experiences
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
