Senior Bartender

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our dynamic Bar team at the Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and drink recipes
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on spirits, beers, and wines
- Lead and train junior team members to ensure high-quality service standards
- Manage bar operations, including inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve our offerings
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, as well as mixology techniques
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and motivate team members
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences
