About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bartender to join our dynamic Bar team at the Michelberger Hotel & Restaurant in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating innovative cocktails, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute drink menus, ensuring a wide range of options to cater to diverse tastes
  • Collaborate with the Bar team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and techniques to continuously improve the Bar experience
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for mixology and a commitment to excellence
  • Work closely with the Bar team to ensure seamless service, efficient operations, and a positive work environment
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hotel or restaurant
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, with a focus on craft and artisanal products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
