We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student Category to join our Category & Purchasing team for the skincare category. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination of new product orders, tracking order status, and maintaining product-related data.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate new product orders and track order status
- Support the team in all areas and operational matters, including analytical preparation of product launches and forecasting
- Communicate directly with suppliers on product-related matters
- Maintain product-related data, including out-of-stocks, product visuals, and set connections
- Support the evaluation and onboarding of new brands into our portfolio
Requirements
- Enrollment in an economically oriented course of studies, such as business administration or economics
- Fluent in German and very good English language skills
- Confident handling of MS Office or G-Suite, with an affinity for numbers and an analytical way of thinking
- Independent and responsible work style, with a hands-on mentality
- Passion for the beauty industry, particularly in the skincare category
