Audible GmbH is a leading provider of spoken word audio content, and we're looking for a talented Working Student to join our team as a Catalog Operations Specialist. In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our product metadata, which is essential for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
About the Role
As a Catalog Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for entering, editing, and maintaining metadata for our products. This includes utilizing various tools to research and verify product information, ensuring that our catalog is up-to-date and accurate. You'll also work closely with our editorial and operational teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities
• Product Metadata Indexing and Copyediting: Enter, edit, proofread, and fact-check metadata records in our content management system to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Catalog Updates and Ticketing: Process and verify daily metadata update and correction requests received from providers, customers, and internal stakeholders via tickets or other sources.
• Product Relationships and Affiliations: Support customer discovery by creating, verifying, and updating product relationships such as Category Assignments, Series Affiliation, Title Authority, and Contributor Authority.
