Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a diverse and exciting internship in the People and Culture Germany department with a focus on HR Management and Recruiting.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of the recruitment process and support the team in various administrative tasks, such as creating job postings and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in the entire recruitment process, including screening applications and accompanying interviews.
  • Gain valuable insights into employee management and take ownership of the entire certificate creation process.
  • Participate in small, engaging projects focused on People & Culture.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • Ideal candidates will have prior practical experience in HR or a completed apprenticeship.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and reliability.
  • A pleasant working atmosphere is essential, and you should be eager to become an active member of our team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent German and English language skills.
