Process Optimization Specialist

About Güntner-Tata Hűtőtechnika Kft.
We are a leading company in the field of refrigeration technology, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Business Transformation Manager.
Your Tasks:
- Collaborate with our business stakeholders to shape the digital future of our processes across various business areas, including sales, engineering, order management, production, logistics, quality management, procurement, finance, and HR.
- Develop a comprehensive roadmap with our business stakeholders, defining strategy and goals to drive digital transformation.
- Identify valuable use cases and envision the future of doing business, leveraging your expertise in process optimization and project management.
- Analyze our current processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop new business processes that incorporate best practices and organizational changes.
- Prioritize activities with our digital transformation team and business stakeholders, ensuring effective resource allocation.
- Develop and manage budgets and resource plans for the implementation of our digital transformation roadmap.
- Monitor the success of our initiatives and identify areas for improvement, using key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports to inform our decision-making.
Your Skills:
- Digital native mentality and mindset, with a passion for driving strategic goals and monitoring their achievement.
- Experience in process optimization, project management, and/or change management, with a strong understanding of business processes and organizational change.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to facilitate constructive discussions and communicate process changes effectively.
- Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP or Infor LN, is a plus.
- Fluency in English, with any additional languages being an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an international team across different time zones.
