Key Responsibilities:- Analyze customer complaints related to supplier products and develop effective solutions
- Conduct supplier development, process, and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Create and implement corrective action plans to address supplier quality issues
- Evaluate supplier failure statistics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct random sample checks of suppliers' ISO 9001 conformity and external process and product audits
- Plan and ensure initial sampling of vendor parts to ensure quality and compliance
- Annual supplier evaluation to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as quality management or engineering
- Relevant professional experience in supplier quality management and quality methods
- Technical product knowledge and understanding of quality management principles
- Experience in supplier management and development, as well as legal requirements for supplier quality handling
- Good IT skills, including MS Office and Excel
- Fluent in German and English, spoken and written
