Mission

Wir suchen einen visionären und dynamischen Country Manager (m/w/d), der die Geschicke unserer Unternehmensaktivitäten in Deutschland vorausschauend lenkt und neue Maßstäbe im Markt setzt.

  • Strategische Marktaufstellung und Ausbau der EWL-Strukturen in Deutschland.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer Unternehmensstrategien auf nationaler Ebene, um Verkaufs- und Rekrutierungsziele nicht nur zu erreichen, sondern signifikant zu übertreffen.
  • Repräsentation unserer Unternehmensinteressen in Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Geschäftspartnern und staatlichen Institutionen.
  • Identifikation und Maximierung von Geschäftschancen zur Steigerung des Unternehmenserfolgs.
  • Kontinuierliche Analyse und Anpassung an Marktrends, Wettbewerbsaktivitäten und Preisstrukturen.
  • Förderung von Vertriebskampagnen und Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit.
  • Verbesserung der Unternehmensrentabilität und Optimierung finanzieller Kennzahlen.
Profil

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen und leistungsfähigen Country Manager (m/w/d), der über:

  • Über 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich HR-Management, davon mindestens 5 Jahre in leitenden Positionen, idealerweise in internationalen Konzernen oder dynamischen Start-ups.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und die Fähigkeit, auf allen Unternehmensebenen zu kommunizieren.
  • Ausgeprägtes Geschäftsverständnis mit der Fähigkeit, HR-Strategien effektiv in Geschäftserfolge zu übersetzen.
  • Erfahrung in der Schaffung und Pflege einer starken Unternehmenskultur.
  • Expertise in Talentmanagement und Nachfolgeplanung.
  • Starke Problemlösungs- und Konfliktmanagementfähigkeiten.
