Job Title: KYC Operations Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled KYC Operations Expert to join our team at Scalable Capital. As a key member of our Client Success department, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing customer documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze customer documentation, including identification and legal documents
  • Escalate and liaise with relevant second-line functions
  • Identify patterns and trends consistent with money laundering, terrorist financing, and other types of suspicious activity
  • Screen clients against external politically exposed person, sanctions, and adverse media lists
  • Complete On-Going Due-Diligence checks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is always maintained

Requirements:

  • At least two years of experience in an 'Know your client' related operational role
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong critical thinking and sound decision-making skills
  • Extensive knowledge about 'Know your client' processes and Anti-Money-Laundering regulations
  • Ability to prioritize workflows and ensure deadlines are met
  • Fluency in English and German (at least C1 Level)
