We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our ERP systems and processes as the Head of ERP Systems. This is a critical role that will play a key part in optimizing our financial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LucaNet.
- Ensure systems are configured to meet business needs and industry standards.
- Manage and resolve any issues related to ERP systems in a timely manner.
- Lead and mentor a team comprising an ERP Manager, LucaNet Administrator, and Process Managers.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities for team members.
- Develop, document, and implement robust accounting and finance processes.
- Ensure processes are efficient, scalable, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
- Monitor adherence to established processes across the organization and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with the Director Accounting and Tax and other key stakeholders to align system capabilities with business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand and address their needs and challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP and process-related inquiries and support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and technological advancements in ERP systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP systems management, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LucaNet.
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong background in process development and implementation within a finance/accounting context.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
