- Preparation of proposals, concepts, and tenders, followed by diligent follow-up and continuous market analysis for product enhancement.
- Management of digital platforms.
- Design and execution of sales campaigns.
- Collaboration with field colleagues to implement effective sales strategies.
- Certification as an insurance clerk or specialist.
- Extensive experience in sales support within commercial and private brokerage, ideally with field support experience.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tariffs and market dynamics.
- Strong sales orientation complemented by assertiveness, negotiation abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- High degree of self-management, accountability, and commitment to quality.
- Proficient presentation skills, both verbal and written, along with solid MS Office knowledge.
- Independent work within a compact team.
