- Certification as an insurance clerk or specialist.
- Extensive experience in sales support within both commercial and personal brokerage sectors, ideally with field broker support experience.

- Strong sales orientation complemented by assertiveness, negotiation prowess, communication skills, and a passion for interpersonal interactions.
- Exceptional self-management, accountability, and commitment to quality.
- Proficient presentation abilities in both verbal and written formats, along with solid knowledge of MS Office.
