Electronics Technician for Target Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems used in target lifting and simulation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test, install, and repair electronic malfunctions in target lifting systems
- Use blueprints and wiring diagrams to repair or replace parts
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical target systems, including distribution panels, power conditioners, and gunfire simulators
- Fabricate and repair sensor cable assemblies
- Repair and test hydraulic parts in moving target carriers and personnel target lifting mechanisms
- Assemble and install thermal heating cables for target silhouettes
- Maintain complete records of preventive and emergency maintenance
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in electronics or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in electronics or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of electronic circuitry, troubleshooting techniques, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
